Warranty Coverage
Sunkis provides a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing faults or defects in materials or workmanship.
- Faulty clasps or closures
- Structural defects in the jewelry piece
- Stones or components that become loose due to manufacturing fault
What Is Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear
- Scratches, dents or surface marks from everyday use
- Damage caused by accidents or impact
- Damage resulting from exposure to harsh chemicals
- Improper storage or handling
- Loss of jewelry or missing items
Waterproof Jewelry
Sunkis jewelry is crafted using durable water-resistant materials designed for everyday wear. However, exposure to perfumes, cosmetics, lotions or cleaning products may affect the finish over time and is not considered a manufacturing fault.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

• Include a brief description of the issue
• Attach clear photographs of the product
Assessment Process
Once the item has been returned, our team will assess the product to determine whether the issue is covered under warranty. If confirmed to be a manufacturing fault, Sunkis will arrange a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances and product availability.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
