This website is run by Sunkis. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to Sunkis. By using this website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone interacting with our site or content.
Please review these terms carefully. If you do not agree, you may not use our website or services. Any new features, products, or tools added to our site are also governed by these terms. Updates may be made from time to time, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Pricing
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Checkout payments are processed in AUD. For Australian customers, prices include applicable taxes. International customers are responsible for any local taxes, customs, or import fees. Sunkis reserves the right to adjust product prices at any time without prior notice.
Orders & Shipping
Each Sunkis piece is crafted with care and subject to availability. Items are only reserved once payment is successfully processed.
We generally require up to 3 business days to prepare orders before shipping. Priority
shipping options are available for urgent deliveries. Orders are considered complete once dispatched.
Occasionally, stock discrepancies may result in minor order changes. Lost or damaged
shipments will be reviewed individually, and we will work with you to resolve issues.
Returns & Refunds
Your purchase is protected under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for major faults, and compensation for reasonably foreseeable losses.
- Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded, subject to availability.
- Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
- Change-of-mind returns are not standard, but may be considered at our discretion.

Product Appearance
We aim to represent product colours accurately. Variations may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or device display differences.
Faulty Products
Products are considered faulty if they arrive damaged or with a manufacturing defect. Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a refund, and a replacement may also be provided where stock is available.
Use of Services
