Refund policy

Your purchase is protected under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for major faults, and compensation for reasonably foreseeable losses.

• Damaged or defective items will be replaced or refunded, subject to availability.
• Normal wear and tear is not considered a defect.
• Change of mind return are not standard, but may be considered at our discretion.
