Refund & Exchange Policy

At Sunkis, we take pride in offering thoughtfully designed pieces that are made to be loved. However, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not be quite right. If you don’t love your purchase, or it simply doesn’t work out, we’re here to help. Our policy below outlines your options for returns, exchanges and refunds in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

 Our Returns Promise
Refunds for change of mind available within 7 days of receiving your order.
Exchanges available within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Faulty or incorrect items must be reported within 14 days of receiving your order.

Change of Mind Returns
If you change your mind about your purchase, we are happy to offer a refund within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:
• Items must be unworn and unused.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Items must be in the same condition as received.
• Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind due to hygiene reasons unless they are deemed faulty under Australian Consumer Law.

The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Exchanges
If you would prefer to exchange your item for another style, exchanges are available within 14 days from the date of purchase provided the following conditions are met:
• Items must be unworn and unused.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging.
• Items must be in the same condition as received.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for exchanges. However, Sunkis will cover the shipping cost of sending the replacement item.

To arrange an exchange, please contact hello@sunkis.com.au. Once approved, you may return the item and place a new order for the preferred style or request an exchange for an item of equal value subject to availability.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you believe your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Under Australian Consumer Law you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund if the product:
• Is faulty or defective.
• Is not of acceptable quality.
• Is significantly different from the description.
• Does not perform as expected.

Please email hello@sunkis.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs of the item. Where confirmed faulty or incorrect, Sunkis will arrange a replacement, exchange or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

Refund Processing
Once a returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 3–7 business days depending on your financial institution.
